Resolve You have no authorization for this page or action error¶

For users of the Email Sidebar on:
Salesforce Sandbox
If users are encountering the "You have no authorization for this page or action" error and the "OAUTH_APP_ACCESS_DENIED: error, description: user is not admin approved to access this app" error in the URL line in browser when trying to sign up with the RG Email Sidebar using a Salesforce Sandbox account, it is likely due to a permissions issue in your Salesforce setup.
To resolve this issue:
- Go to https://test.salesforce.com/
- Log in with Salesforce admin credentials
- Click on the Gear ⚙ icon and select Setup
- Enter Manage Connected Apps in the Quick Find search
- Click Edit next to Revenue Inbox for Salesforce app
- Select All users may self-authorize in the Permitted Users drop-down list
- Click Save
- Provision users with the User Registration Wizard

These steps should resolve the authorization issues and users will be able to sign up and use RG Email Sidebar in Salesforce Sandbox without errors.
