How to Clear Outlook RG Email Sidebar Add-In’s Cache on MacOS

To clear Outlook RGES Add-In’s cache in your macOS:

1. Quit Outlook: find the Outlook icon in the Dock, right-clicking on it, select the item Quit in the context menu that appears

2. In the Finder, click on the Go tab. In the menu that opens, select Go to Folder…

 

3. In the new opened window, enter the following string:
~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Outlook/Data/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/16.0/Wef/

4. Double-click on the top search result

 

5. Next, you will see the Wef folder. Select all items in it and move them to the Bin by right-clicking on any item and selecting Move to bin in the context menu that appears
Alternatively, you may press the hot keys combination Command + Delete to move selected items to the Bin

6. Restart MS Outlook
