Attached Files Handling Troubleshooting: No Attachments Displayed¶

The essence of the issue: existing email attachments are not displayed in RG Email Sidebar.
To resolve the issue:
1. Open Add-In Customization settings
2. In the left column, select the box Content Document (File)
Also, check if the Attachment box is also selected among Objects in Salesforce
3. Then you need to apply the changes by clicking Save in the upper right corner of Customization page
Customization changes applying may take several minutes. Please restart MS Outlook Desktop and Refresh RG Email Sidebar.
Now the attachments should be displayed properly.
