How to View Your Account Info and Change the Password

For users of the Email Sidebar on:

On the Profile page, you can review your RG Email Sidebar account information like your contact email, Salesforce login, or subscription plan. You can also change the password for your RG Email Sidebar account.

To view your RG Email Sidebar account information, click the Profile tab on Sync Dashboard

 

If you sign to RG Email Sidebar with login and password, you can change your RG Email Sidebar account password.

To change the password, do the following:

1. In the Dashboard, select Profile
2. In the Change Password block, in the Password box, enter you current password

​

 

3. In the New Password box, enter your new password
4. Click the Change button
