User Roles in Revenue Grid

Starting from 2308 summer release, a unified platform-wide role assignment was introduced. Now, the role assigned to a user on the Details page in Settings > Administration> Users > Username applies to all Revenue Grid products.

The table below provides a list of permissions for each role in each Revenue Grid product. Note, depending on the purchased license, the access may differ. For example, if your company does not have a Sidebar license, users won’t be able to access any Sidebar-related settings.

Note

If your company business flow requires limiting users access to specific setting sets (e.g., Sidebar customization, sync settings), submit a corresponding request to our CSM team.

Profile admin

  • Change profile-wide and default Sidebar & Sync settings

  • Manage users belonging to the Profile:

    • Change users' personal Sidebar & Sync settings

    • View users' activity and sync errors log

  • Change profile-wide and default Sidebar & Sync settings

  • Manage users belonging to the Profile:

    • Change users' personal Sidebar & Sync settings

    • View users' activity and sync errors log

  • Change profile-wide and default Sidebar & Sync settings

  • Manage users belonging to the Profile:

    • Change users' personal Sidebar & Sync settings

    • View users' activity and sync errors log

Platform admin

  • Manage all Profiles, Licenses, and users within a tenant

  • Manage all Profiles, Licenses, and users within a tenant

  • Manage Platform settings:

    • Change company-wide schedules, signatures, and settings

    • Change all users' personal settings

    • Review any user's Action Center

    • Create and delete users

    • Change users' roles

    • Create endorsed and multi-owned sequences

    • Edit and delete any user's sequences and templates

    • View team productivity and performance reports

    • Manage all recipients

  • Manage all Profiles, Licenses, and users within a tenant

  • Manage Platform settings:


Change a user’s role

  1. Click on your profile photo in the upper right corner of the interface.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Administration > Users.

  4. Use the search bar to find the necessary user and click on the user’s name to open the Details page.

  5. Select the required role from the Roles drop-down list.

  6. Click Save.
