Resume Revenue Grid sync

If Revenue Grid sync has been paused—either manually or due to an error—you can restart synchronization to resume automatic syncing of emails and calendar events with Salesforce.

To proceed, identify which version of the sync interface you have, then follow the steps for that view below.

  1. Open the Sidebar in your mailbox. See, Open the Sidebar.
  2. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines).

  3. Select Sync settings.

  4. On the General tab, click Start to restart sync.

  5. Verify the sync status changes to “Enabled” and the last sync time is updated in the Last session details.

  3. Select Set up Sync.

  4. On the Dashboard tab, in the Synchronization section, click Start.

What happens when sync resumes

  • Automatic syncing resumes based on the adaptive interval.
  • No historical data is lost during the paused period.
