Pause Revenue Grid sync

You can temporarily stop Revenue Grid from syncing your emails and calendar events. Use this option if you want to suspend automatic synchronization without uninstalling the Sidebar.

To proceed, identify which version of the sync interface you have, then follow the steps for that view below.

  1. Open the Sidebar in your mailbox. See, Open the Sidebar.

  2. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

  3. Select Sync settings.

  4. In the General tab, click Pause.

  5. Wait for the sync status to update to “Paused.”

  2. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines).

  3. Select Set up Sync.

  4. On the Dashboard tab, in the Synchronization section, click Pause.

  5. Confirm that the sync status updates to paused.

What happens when sync is paused

  • Automatic syncing is disabled.
  • You can still manually save emails and events from the Sidebar.
  • Sync remains paused until manually resumed.
