How to troubleshoot issues with RG Lead Activity History and RG Lead Sequences Widgets in Salesforce¶
If you have successfully installed the Revenue Grid managed package and added Revenue Grid widgets to your Salesforce environment, but the RG Lead Activity History and RG Lead Sequences widgets on the Lead page do not display lead information—and only the “Import to Revenue Grid” button appears instead—additional setup may be required.
Follow the steps below to complete the necessary configuration.
Important
An essential prerequisite for correct automatic import of the information about Leads is the setup of RG Send an Email to Lead. If it is not added to the Lead page layout in Salesforce, no information will be displayed in RG Lead Activity History and RG Lead Sequences widgets. To ensure proper information display in RG Lead Activity History and RG Lead Sequences widgets:
- Open the Revenue Grid platform in your browser.
- In the upper-right corner, click on the icon with your initials and select Settings.
- In the Platform settings section, expand Sequences menu and select General.
- In the Salesforce section, select the checkbox Enable automatic import of prospects from Salesforce widget.
After completing these steps, lead information should be imported automatically into the widgets and become visible in your Sales Console in Salesforce.
