Force sync in Revenue Grid¶
You can manually trigger a sync session in Revenue Grid using the Force sync option. This action immediately pushes updates between your connected mailbox and Salesforce, regardless of the current sync schedule. Use it if you’ve made changes that need to sync right away.
To proceed, identify which version of the sync interface you see in your Sidebar, then follow the steps for that view below.
- Open the Sidebar in your mailbox. See, Open the Sidebar.

Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

Select Sync settings.

On the General tab, select Force sync.

Wait for the status to update and confirm the sync has run.

Select Set up Sync.

On the Dashboard tab, in the Synchronization section, click Force Sync.
