What to do if the Save email button is disabled in the Sidebar

If you opened the RG Email Sidebar and noticed that the Save email button is disabled, it is likely because all object types are disallowed for linking to emails in your Sidebar settings.

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

  1. In the Sidebar, click the menu icon () in the top-left corner.

  1. Select Customization to open the Objects tab in the Sidebar settings.

  1. Open the Advanced settings tab.

  1. In the Linking rules section, check the objects listed in the Do not allow linking these objects to emails field. Ensure that at least one object is not listed in this field so it can be used to link emails.

  1. To remove an object from the list, click the Close icon () next to it.

  1. Click Save to apply the changes, then restart the Sidebar.

The Save email button should now be enabled. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
