Reconnect your mailbox or Salesforce account in Revenue Grid

If you’ve changed the password for your email or Salesforce account, or if your company’s security settings have changed, Revenue Grid may lose access to your data. To restore syncing, reconnect your accounts in your Revenue Grid settings.


Reconnect your email account

Reconnect your Microsoft 365 account

  1. Open your sync settings. See Open sync settings from the Sidebar.
  2. Select your sync settings version below and follow the corresponding steps.
  1. Go to the My connectivity tab.

  2. In the Email configuration section, do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh, then sign in with your Microsoft 365 email and password.

    • To use another account or password: Click Change, select Microsoft Office 365 under “Which email service do you use?”, and sign in with the new account.

  3. (optional) If prompted, review the requested permissions and click Accept.

  1. Go to Sync SettingsE-Mail configuration.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh, then sign in with your Microsoft 365 email and password.
    • To use a different account or password: Click Change, and sign in with the new account.

  3. (optional) If prompted, review the requested permissions and click Accept.


Reconnect your Microsoft Exchange account

  1. Open your sync settings. See Open sync settings from the Sidebar.
  2. Select your sync settings version below and follow the corresponding steps.
  1. Go to the My connectivity tab.

  2. In the Email configuration section, do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh, then sign in with your Exchange email and password (if needed, expand the Advanced Setup section to specify a new EWS configuration URL) and click Connect.

    • To use another account or password: Click Change, select Exchange under “Which email service do you use?”, and sign in with the new account.

  1. Go to Sync SettingsE-Mail configuration.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh.

    • To use another account or password: Click Change, select Microsoft Exchange, Outlook.com or unsure, and sign in with the new account (if needed, click OR CLICK HERE FOR ADVANCED SETUP: USERNAME\EWS URL CONFIGURATION to specify a new EWS configuration URL for your mailbox).


Reconnect your Gmail account

  1. Open your sync settings. See Open sync settings from the Sidebar.
  2. Select your sync settings version below and follow the corresponding steps.
  1. Go to the My connectivity tab.

  2. In the Email configuration section, do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh, then sign in with your Google email and password.

    • To use another account or password: Click Change, select Google Workspace under “Which email service do you use?”, and sign in with the new account.

  3. (optional) If prompted, review the requested permissions and click Continue.

  1. Go to Sync SettingsE-Mail configuration.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh, then sign in with your Google email and password.

    • To use another account or password: Click Change, select Google Workspace under “Which email service do you use?”, and sign in with the new account.

  3. (optional) If prompted, review the requested permissions and click Continue.


Reconnect your Salesforce account

  1. Open your sync settings. See Open sync settings from the Sidebar.
  2. Select your sync settings version below and follow the corresponding steps.
  1. Go to the My connectivity tab.

  2. In the CRM section, do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh, then sign in with your Salesforce credentials.

    • To use another account or password: Click Change, select the relevant Salesforce login option (Salesforce, Salesforce sandbox, or Customer/Partner Community), and sign in with the new account.

  3. (optional) If prompted, review the requested permissions and click Allow.

  1. Go to Sync SettingsCRM.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • To reconnect the same account: Click Refresh, then sign in with your Salesforce credentials.

    • To use another account or password: Click Change, select the relevant Salesforce login option (Salesforce, Salesforce sandbox, or Customer/Partner Community), and sign in with the new account.

  3. (optional) If prompted, review the requested permissions and click Allow.


Keeping your email and Salesforce accounts connected ensures that Revenue Grid continues to capture and sync your communications and activities without interruption. Reconnecting only takes a few steps and helps you stay productive with up-to-date data across your tools.
